Supply Chain Management plays a critical role in developing, implementing and managing supply chain solutions that support delivery of NATS’ objectives.

Our supply chain has been externally recognised through CIPS Platinum Corporate Certification Standard and ISO44001 accreditations. A significant part of these accreditations is grounded in the effectiveness of our supplier relationships – an ethos that we are committed to maintaining.

Underpinning that ethos of continuous improvement are four key principles:

  • We understand the importance of strong external relationships – our ability to effectively deliver business needs, working with existing and potential suppliers.
  • We recognise that delivering best value to NATS depends upon our suppliers’ ability to support us in balancing sustainable financial benefits with quality, risk and safety priorities.
  • We know that working closely with our key suppliers to bring market knowledge and expertise into NATS can deliver mutually beneficial innovation and growth opportunities.
  • We appreciate that by improving our processes we can help NATS and suppliers transact efficiently whilst ensuring the appropriate governance and controls.

Building for the Future

Our operating model and organisation have been designed to enable our end-to-end supply chain to respond to the increasingly demanding challenges of the market. External relationships are critical to our ability to deliver for our customers and we are organised to enable strong industry alignment through our Category Management and Strategic Partnership teams.
