Heathrow-based air traffic controller Ady Dolan, recently gave an interview on BBC Radio Newcastle, talking about day to day operations at the world’s busiest dual runway airport.
He discussed how he got into the career, what he finds stressful at work (a broken coffee machine!) and the “special” relationship with pilots.
