Engineering: integrating technology, people and process

It may be hidden behind the scenes at times, but engineering is a vital part of the work we do.

From maintaining current systems to designing and implementing brand new technology, our engineers are responsible for managing a smooth set up and then keeping everything running safely. This includes any immediate response needed to crisis situations following incidents that can hinder or even temporarily halt ATC operations – something our customers, be they airlines, airports or passengers demand.

To create a real business benefit for customers Engineering must reach far beyond technology and systems, and consider process design and people, so users can be trained to keep pace with change and supported with an infrastructure that will ultimately deliver greater efficiencies.
